i have already worked before with the other older versions of Word, you'll notice right away that this 2010 version has been radical change in appearance, because the tasks no longer appear in the classical charts by feeding in each section of the menu bar, but are encompassed in groups, which I think is innovative and more intuitive for anyone using this processor.
